Hi, I'm Kimberly — a licensed massage therapist, yoga instructor, and trainer with more than 30 years of experience in fitness and wellness. With over 20 certifications in various exercise modalities, I'm passionate about helping people of all ages move better, feel stronger, and build a healthier relationship with exercise.
At LQ5 Fitness, community is at the heart of everything I do. I believe fitness should feel welcoming, supportive, and sustainable — whether you're brand new to exercise or simply wanting to keep your body moving well as you age. My goal is to create a space where people feel encouraged, connected, and empowered to care for both their body and mind.

Chris is a former Georgia Tech-educated engineer and competitive pole vaulter whose life was reshaped by his own battle with chronic pain. That experience became his purpose—guiding others to move freely, feel stronger, and take ownership of their health.
With 35+ certifications, Chris blends sharp expertise with deep empathy. He doesn't just coach—he truly cares, bringing both knowledge and heart to every client and to the LQ⁵ community.

Continuing his own health journey—and inspired by the community at 5 Fitness—John founded LQ⁵, invested in LQ⁵ FITNESS with Shane and Kimberly, and built LQ⁵ LABS to create a seamless, human-centered approach to total health.
